2023-24 Driver's Ed Classroom Cert. of Completion Request Form- "orange card"
Please fill out this form if you need an "orange card" for Behind the Wheel with an outside/commercial company. These cards used to be green but are now orange.

Mr. Withers and Mrs. Hopkins will be filling the cards out and they will be available for pick in the front office for you or your child to pick up. Please allow at least a 48-72 hr. turn around time during the school week.

*Starting July 2022 every student who takes Driver's Ed will have to attend a 90 Parent/Teen Driving Presentation to receive an orange card at the end of their class.

*This card is also used to show DMV that you took the class and is needed so you can retake the learner's permit test again after failing 3 times.

 ** IF YOU TOOK PE10 VIRTUAL DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR, DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM! YOUR GREEN/ORANGE CARD IS SITTING IN THE FRONT OFFICE AT ATLEE HS. Mr. Withers and Mrs. Hopkins do NOT fill out cards for online students.
